I try to connect to a realm i created recently and I cannot. My user is BentaOne.
I am on a windows 10 pc using the windows 10 version of minecraft. this problem was in the beta and also in the v1
I am situated in France
I am connecting using WIFI but it says "unable to connect to world". If I use my sons account with the same version of the software but this time connecting from a surface pro 3 machine running windows 10 then it can connect.
If i connect from my work (another location), using ethernet connection then I am able to connect.
given that it works with my sons account on another machine on the same home network I am ruling out issues with ports etc.
There seems to be a direct correlation with the realm belonging to my account and me not being able to get in.
The world on the realm is a world that I had created in local network game with my son. I have tried removing it and creating a new world thinking perhaps the world was corrupted but this is not the case.
Are log files generated? Let me know where and I will provide you with them.
I hope you guys get this fixed soon. I only bought two copies of minecraft and a realm so that I could play with my son.

I have an issue where i cannot connect to my own realm if someone on the same internet is also on that realm. My ticket also has not been addressed.
I got excited when I saw your comment Arthur as I thought I had a reply from a mod/dev but no 😞
Coming up on two weeks and still no reply. Lucky for me realms is in Demo mode. I feel like I have been conned out of my money. I bought two copies of the game and a realm so I could play with my son.
The realm bugs and we can't play together, not the end of the world, just post a bug report and wait for a fix. Apparently though a customer does not even get the respect of a reply here. This is some of the worst service I have ever seen and is a completely unacceptable way to treat someone that purchased your products.
It is some BS, me and my family member are able to play on ours currently, it may go out still, but our server is having a reset so the same may go for yours which may help your situation.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Is this being investigated? It has been one week and not even a message saying it is being looked into. Other tickets have had a reply, why not this one?
