I’m having this issue on PS but they closed my report 

Not the portal, it has the new blocks from the update...I think it’s update 2.07, sorry I put version 1.16. I created a new world and this was there and in randomly starts glitching/lagging, and when I travel north to get out of my map, it doesn’t leave the location Icon  on the top, it moves my location to the center. I did run into another smaller version of this “monument” outside the map. But when I create a new world it does the out of the map glitch and puts my location icon in the middle again. I yet to have found another one of these “monuments”. In both of these I found loot that had gold enchanted armor and iron nuggets and maybe enchanted weapon/tools.
