Purchased Jurassic World on PS4 and I can play one time with all the included content. The next time I log in there are no people or dinosaurs anywhere in the game. Also Dino eggs in my inventory are blacked out, just labeled “spawn”, and can not be interacted with in any way.. I deleted the content and re-downloaded it and the exact same scenario repeated. Please tell me this will be fixed or please advise how to get a refund.

I also have this problem in Mac OSX. It seems to be caused by having attack set to anything other than left click. I can get around it and play the game by making left click attack, but it still drives me crazy because I can't use my custom key arrangement.
If this is not going to be fixed can I be instructed how to receive a refund? My kid earned the money for this...spent it on this....and got a broken product in return. I would be very grateful to be refunded.
