After I complete the fossil digs and return to the innovation center to start incubating new dinosaurs, I encounter a problem at Station 4 which is the Incubation station. When I place a embryo in the incubator, it completes the process but the result is a black egg labelled "spawn," trying to spawn the dinosaur egg results in nothing happened besides destroying the egg. I tried with every other dinosaur embryo and they all come back as the black "spawn" egg. So I can't hatch any new dinosaurs to add to the park.
Update: Now when I create a new Jurassic World template I get "actor error" messages with some of the dinosaurs that are being affected. This is getting really annoying now and becoming a waste of my money and patience. Now it won't work because of scripting errors.

We are still trying to reproduce this issue. If you have a copy of the world available, you might like to upload a copy of it for investigation.
On Windows 10 you can use the Export world feature.
On Android or iOS you need to use a file explorer to navigate to Device storage > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds
On Xbox or Switch the only way is to upload it to a Realm, and then download the world on Windows 10 or Android/iOS. (Please do not purchase a Realms subscription just to provide a world to us - but if you have a Realm already this may be a viable option if you wish to do so.)
If the world is larger than 10MB you can upload the world to OneDrive or a similar file sharing site, and then share the link.
Hi, we purchased the Jurassic World DLC yesterday and have just now encountered the same problem. Any eggs we put in the hatchery come up as black spawn eggs. All the eggs in section 6 are all spawn eggs now too. In section 1 all the pteranadon and velociraptor shuker boxes are empty.
If this is not going to be fixed can I be instructed how to receive a refund? My kid earned the money for this...spent it on this....and got a broken product in return. I would be very grateful to be refunded.

If you downgrade minecraft all bugs(except for lag) will be fixed. (Though I don't want to do it) This is because of the latest updates and even other addons have been corrupted.

I am having the exact same problem. Craft embryo, put with ostrich egg in incubator, and get a black egg with "spawn" on it. I can't incubate any egg type. Even making a new world I have the same issue. Very frustrating. The DLC is awesome but it's frustrating to have paid for it and have this major part of it not functioning correctly. I hope it can be fixed soon, I can't find any solutions anywhere for this error.
