Not sure if this is related to the cause, but I've noticed that the time displayed in my Nintendo Switch version Minecraft is not synced. It's the time displayed in the realm backup section, which shows the supposed time when the backup was made.
When I check in my Windows 10 version, the time is displayed correctly there and I have no problem replacing my realm world there. I've checked the time on my Switch system and the time there is correct so there's no problem with the Switch itself. I tried one of the solution provided above (Archiving and redownload) and it fixed the exporting error, but now I'm having initializing upload error.
So I'm wondering if anyone else can check to see if the displayed backup time is stated correctly? It might be the cause. Like if the time on your computer is incorrect, it will cause certain websites to not load correctly because of mismatched information. Hopefully this will be useful information for the developers to work on the fix.
