I am also experiencing this issue on java Minecraft it is only affecting me on one server. I have tried alot of fixes.
I deleted my UUID from my server and restarted it (which wipes you inventory by the way). This worked for a little while. I deleted the resource pack in my .minecraft "server resource packs" folder. The issue persisted. uninstalling, reinstalling, different versions of Minecraft. I even reached out to my server hosting provider and we decided to try transferring the server to a different node. The issue persists. I tried flushing my dns...didnt work.
