Old thread, but still an issue in 1.14.1. Using a GTX750 and i5-4440. Runs at my frame limit of 60 fps but still stutters pretty much constantly.

My main thing is that it would make sense for cats to only attempt to sleep on a bed if its owner is using it.
Still an issue in 1.14.
I can back this up, I got back 13 items after dropping a stack of 64 this way in 1.14.
