I just updated Windows to 20H2 and I still can't turn on RTX in minecraft

I've reinstalled windows and all its updates and still have the same problem. If it is checking for a combination of OS/GPU/CPU/RAM, is there a debug somewhere that would tell me which specific component is not passing the check?
