This historically also applied to leashed controllable mobs held by one player and ridden by another, namely boats and horses (likely others). There’s likely a bug report for that behavior already

Adding to this, if a root block grows where the propagule was, it will not be waterlogged.

I'd appreciate if a mod could delete this issue since it isn't related to vanilla. I didn't mean to cause spam, sorry!

This also happens when removed with the fill command.
