Kristin I'm having the same problem as well.

I think we're having the same thing happen. I tried to download RL Craft Bedrock Edition, but it stops at the end of Step 1 of 2. Sometimes my switch tells me it's a 'server connection error' but, I checked the details, and apparently Minecraft servers are working just fine, and I'm SITTING RIGHT NEXT to the Internet Router, tested the connection for that too, perfectly fine. I've tried the methods suggested, but nothing has worked so far.
