Same issue here... this is a major bug. It happened a few times but now I'm on a place I can't simply go back (26000 blocks away from where I was supposed to be without elytra)

I alt-tabbed from Bedrock right after placing two Shulker boxes and 4 hoppers.
When I alt-tabbed back, instead of loading the world I was in, the game returned to the title screen. When I loaded the world, the hoppers were not placed and only one Shulker was placed.
I had duplicated hoppers (the ones inside the Shulker that were still there and the ones in my inventory) and one Shulker missing.
