Hello, sure!

I have attached an addon that reproduces the issue.

It contains a behavior pack with the only change being setting the `can_teleport` property to false in the `minecraft:behavior.follow_owner` behavior of the wolf.

Still an issue for me in the 1.16.210.57 beta. It is only an issue when Vertical Sync is on in the Nvidia control panel for Minecraft. Though I am running the game on a 3070. Whether it is set to true or false in the options.txt file in the Minecraft folders does not matter for me.

Experiencing this issue too on an RTX 3070. It was working fine a couple of months ago and was only an issue with ray tracing. Now I hopped on today for the first time since then and there is this input delay no matter what settings I change. All drivers up to date. This is the only game that I experience this issue with.

Turned vsync off and tried other solutions here but they did not fix the issue.

Java edition Minecraft works perfectly fine.

UPDATE: I mis-clicked a setting. Setting vync to 0 in options.txt AND setting vsync to off in the NVIDIA control for Minecraft Windows 10 edition seems to mostly have resolved the issue for me for now.
