Hi, My daughter is having the same issue. We purchased the game about a week ago and it was working fine until it updated. She hasn't been able to play it since. She has a Samsung tab 4. It's appalling that based on this thread it seems to have been going on for months. If I would have known I would not have a lowed my daughter to use her birthday money to pay for it. We have tried uninstalling,etc...
