I’ve encountered this bug as well. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how to reproduce it, but it appears to happen in trial chambers in chunks previously loaded as cartographers will point to a chamber with interactable vaults. However, in my experience, even if you’ve loaded a section of the chamber, a trial explorer map will still point to it, resulting in only the vaults in the already loaded sections being affected. My platform of choice is the PlayStation®5 and my world was created on 1.21.71. My theory is that updating the world causes these issues, similar toMCPE-189996 as this issue is affecting my world as well.
