i have reinstalled the game and it's still happening, I'm on 1.2.13 {no betas} and i still have this issue❓

I deleted the pack and re-downloaded it and it still happened, and I went to a nother world and it still happened. I tried to do it with globel resources and adding the pack to the world itself and it still happened, no other pack are being used and the only other pack I have installed is the steampunk texture pack.
