Same problem here, using Sony Xperia XA1. Didn't update on anything, no mops, no xBox live account. Was playing it before sleep and couldn't pass the white screen next morning. Tried everything (restarted phone, uninstalled and download again from Play Store, deleted all data and re-installed, turned off wifi, network, … … just nothing works.
