I followed @kane's steps but simplified:

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\SysWOW64

2. Right click on d3dx11_42.dll and d3dx11_43.dll

3. Send to zip folder

4. once they are backed up delete them in the SysWOW64 folder.

5. RTX works again.

For me I cannot craft the elytra anymore. 👍 

I did end up having a "long" login which to me always means that the realm was shut down and reloaded with the proper add-ons this time. 

For some reason my Chuck loader still looks like Mumbo Jumbo though. I assumed that came over from another realm. 🤷‍♂️

I attatched the addon @Chris Hancocks mentioned if it helps in anyway.
