What we need is, due to the fact this has been going on for a few WEEKS now, is a flat refund of what we bought. I feel it is clear this will not be fixed and they are just talking until we just get fed up and move on. However when you involve our kids we will not go away
Same- the city life world was lost---as with all others. so we bought it again and the next day it was gone with all his coins. My son keep asking me is it fixed he loves this game and is so upset
So at what point do they admit this will not be fixed and just offer refunds for the money we and our kids spent on this game
nothing for my son either....all his worlds as you all know are unavailable
Also no effect- all the purchases on the iPad are still missing
I have been in contact with Helen she asked me for the information in the settings to show what version I have. This was over a week ago. I emailed again and she said the engineers ran into trouble with it. So I am still waiting for any changes
