This bug is still persistant in 1.14.3pre2.
If you break the double claimed workstation, the new villager does not recognise that it has been removed.
Going into spectator mode is preferable.
This glitch happens to me just about every time I go through a door or a fence gate.
Untill 5 mins ago I resolved this by tp-ing horizontally, but now MC decided to drop me out of the world.
I heard rumours that this would be the final pre-release... I hope that's false
Still have this in 18w20c in single player
