The fix from MC-143776 didn't solve the issue when I tried it because x-box game bar was never enabled but restarting my computer fixed it so maybe it was from my end.
Actually I restarted my computer for a different problem I was having and that fixed it. Now I only get it on a specific part of the screen I use for just enough items mod.
