Decreased GPU clock speed -50, and no longer having black screens or weird color issues. I don't know how this issue came to be.

Same exact problem, even with the official release of RTX and up to date drivers.

This same thing happened to me on the official release of RTX. It seemed to work fine a few weeks ago but now I get the same exact issue, with other color bleeding. I don't know how to fix it.
