i found it WITH datapacks. when i created this report i didnt think of it because i havnt used the datapacks in a few months. I was asking if some one could test it with them to see if the bug is related to the datapacks.
i was thinking. this bug may be a result of the data packs in the world. i didnt think of them earlier. i will provide them attached to this comment. maybe one of you could try it. i am very pressed for time recently. thanks

Overnight I ran a test trying to recreate this bug, but it was not successful. If you wish to try this test yourself, I have included a world download to this comment. Thanks.

P.S. I posted this like 1min after my local New Year started.
My method is to log out of the world around spore blossoms, load into the world, and then they start to disappear.
