Spore Blossom particles gradually disappear/lessen until world is reloaded

The ambient area Spore Blossom particles disappear overtime gradually caused by an unknown factor. The amount in the air will slowly go down until there is very few, and cannot be fixed by replacing the Spore Blossom. Only reloading the world fixes it in my experience. Note that my particles were fully enabled in video settings the entire time.

I can't tell if it simply happens over time or caused by an event such as player respawning/death/reloading chunks, but it's very apparent as the video shows:

Can (partially) confirm in 1.17 Release Candidate 1. In my experience, the particles decrease but never disappear. My method to reproduce this was to set the spawn point next to the spore blossoms, teleport away, /kill myself and saving and exiting the world, then returning.

Can confirm in 1.17.1.

My method is to log out of the world around spore blossoms, load into the world, and then they start to disappear.

Edit: You can also swap gamemodes to cause the particles to partially reappear. https://drive.google.com/file/d/14DjYpD4t2Zwq85Gs7msR0oy56EeIh_V7/view?usp=sharing here's a video of me doing both
