It has now been 1211 hours since my realm was usable, or 50 days. Thats almost 2 months, 2 payment periods, where I was entirely unable to use my realm. Support has been useless, and no staff has ever helped us here either. What is this, some kind of joke? I had better receive a refund for the lost time, since there's no way I should pay money for months when the server doesnt even work.

I also have this issue. Its been almost 3 days since I was able to play on my Realm, Its frustrating to be paying for this service and being told by support that nothing can be done.

I have the same issue. Tried to close my realm but it still says open, and I can't log on because its stuck in CLOSE. Can't try to close it either, because it just loads forever trying (I let it sit for several hours and it still never changed the indicator to show it was closed). I contacted support, but they told me they couldn't help. I hope we can get this issue resolved soon, because my Realm has been down for 55 hours as of now.
