For people wondering, they said they will start giving out the vanilla cape, they never said YOU WELL GET IT INSTANTLY, and probably giving capes on bedrock edition is harder that java edition
Something similar happens to me, but in this case, when another user sits on a boat, half of their body stops being rendered, just like mine
you said it yourself "should" they are not confirming that is going to be giving instantly into your bedrock account, and you guys already should know that bedrock edition is pretty slow on bug fixes, literally there was a glitch for intel users that couldnt play the game for almost a year and a half and just now it has been fixed
