I am having this same concern... I purchased a mini game world from the marketplace. It was 830 minecoins with a really high rating, but I’m very dissatisfied, and disappointed. I don’t want to leave such a low rating without at least trying to solve the problem, or perhaps getting my minecoins back. I’ve never experienced these problems before with ANY of my other purchases. I tried playing the mini game, but it repeatedly kept crashing and wouldn’t let me progress. I had to keep deleting the world and recreating it. I decided to leave a review, and I noticed under the box where you fill in 1-5 stars for your review, they have comments. Since mine is so low, it suggested I go to https://aka.ms/marketplacefeedback. I can’t seem to find it... any ideas? I clicked on the link, but that doesn’t seem to be related to why I’m giving a low rating.
I don’t know if I’m at the right place or not, but the same thing happens to my Xbox one realm. Ever since the update my realm keeps automatically doing a random backup on its own, and resets everything since the update. (Each time I do something) All the work I accomplish is completely gone the next time I log in because of it., and every time I log in, it’s as though I haven’t played since before the update... no matter what I do. This is also impacting other members on my realm!
Not to mention 3 weeks ago no one could log in... after a full day of not being able to join I made a copy of my world (just in case), and did a backup. It temporarily resolved the issue, but I’ve had to repeat the process several times over the last few weeks just so people could join. The new problem is even worse.
Currently if you want to accomplish anything... the game is unplayable! Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love Minecraft, but I have higher expectations for a paid service... I’m basically paying for something none of us can use. Could we please get a fix for this!
