So, … I’ve finally been able to test the game with Zink (OpenGL over Vulkan 1.4) and so far it doesn’t crash and seems to work perfectly.

Woops. I posted a MKV video. You’ll have to download it in order to play it.

The requested video.
Note that the game didn’t crash, the sound was playing, but nothing got rendered in game.

Here’s also the crash-reports from a clean .minecraft:

No _JAVA_OPTIONS picked up in this one.

By the way, as I already stated, the game is working perfectly with the Radeon VEGA iGPU. The game is also working perfectly on Nouveau if using the VulkanMod.

See also the launcher logs:

Actually, I just rechecked and the official launcher is picking up the Radeon iGPU, not the Nouveau GPU I’m getting issues with other launchers, so this bug report is probably not invalid at all.
See the pic:

The latest version of the game (1.21.8) is also crashing if run with the official launcher if the launcher has been started with the DRI_PRIME=1! argument to force using the NVidia GPU.
The official launcher also doesn’t seems to support switcheroo-control which is a very bad behaviour.

See the attached bug report.

Please reopen.

I tried to launch the game with the official launcher and it worked.

If that fails, please attach the crash report found in minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt here.

As I said, there’s no crash-reports at all.

Try the solution in the comment on MC-1384 to see if that fixes it.

Are you sure you linked the right bug report?
I don’t see any solution in it except using another driver, and I can’t rely on the proprietary nvidia driver.

On v1.16.200 Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
I saw that the french canadian translation of the "Ray Tracing" setting is bad.
It's translated as "Lancer de rayon", which means in english "Throw rays" while it should be instead translated as "Traçage de rayon" or "Tracer de rayons" in french.
I also saw that there's no translation at all for the french language.
The french canadian translation of "Upscaling" is also bad.
This setting is translated as :
"Conversion ascendante", while it should be instead "mise à l'échelle" or "Redimensionnement".
Or it should be instead "Suréchantillonage" like for the french translation, but this translation is maybe wrong depending on the way the upscaling is done, cause "Suréchantillonage" is a very specific technique.

Ok thank you so much.

This issue can be deifinitly closed.

Don't even understand why there's a minimum system requirements :

The real minimum system requirement is does Java 8+ and LWJGL works or not.

I tried Minecraft 1.16.4 on early 2000 AMD x64 computers  :

Windows 7 sp 1 x64

single or dual core cpu

512 mb or 1 gb AGP gpu

and the game worked successfully at 60 fps (vsync).

Note that 10 years ago, I had the samekind of hardware but Minecraft was using OpenGL 1, not OpenGL 2, my video card was an 128mb one, and that the game was already worked perfectly on Windows XP x86 and Linux.

Seems to finally work fine.

Doesn't seems to have issues anymore.

Well, I wasn't able to reproduce the bug.

So I think it's caused by OptiFine.

Look at the first picture, the middle sunflower is too long.

Look at the second picture, the middle sunflower is way too long.

Look at the last picture, the middle sunflower is nearly ok.

Maybe, but Minecraft 1.12.2 and older releases works fine.
Minecraft 1.7.10 and older are defenitively playable at 60 fps.
It was also playable in 1.5.2 and older when I was a child and that my hard drive was only a PATA one, not a SATA one.
And heavier games than Minecraft like Tomb Raider 2015 also works fine.
