I've experienced this issue since I update the game to 1.20.30.
There's some mob that cause severe lag like Wandering villager, pillager patrol, horse(sometimes), and hostiles with enchanting armor on it. Banner with shield also the main issue of this lag because every time I opened my inventory when I use my banner shield at my off hand the game will freeze and last for 5-7 seconds, which very dangerous in certain situations, recently I died due zombie came out of nowhere when I open inventory with banner shield equiped at off hand, and can't do anything due the game freeze for 5-7 seconds.
My device: Xiaomi 9C, Mediatek Helio P35, Ram 4GB.
I heard people playing with Exynos doesn't affected this bug, I think this issue only exist in Snapdragon and Mediatek.
