Perhaps a possible but temporary solution for now: If experiencing this bug, try to close the world, then reopen it.Then it should be expected that the "Adult" foal, will be restored to its ordinary size and may then be tamed (if fed to grow into an adult, of course)
Log from 14w30c, where the server seems to run fine but console log gets a lot of these:
[17:43:39] [Server thread/WARN]: Wrong location! This occurs for me too, but it is not restricted to "while creating a world", it occurs regularly, even though it might be related to area generation/traveling on the server, I just saw it in the log.
I have also seen NPC villages with the torches on the black wool lightposts seemingly hovering next to the wool rather than being attached to it.

Same for me in 14w30c. Swimming with cows or chickens while holding bait, or being chased by hostile mobs, is annoyingly slow.
This is intended behavior as far as I know. Primed TNT is supposed to be affected by gravity and water.
MC-665 is not a duplicate, it is "related" only.

I think it should be removed so they don't respawn so often so you get 30 lvls on 3 minutes..
