I was able to Temporarily Resolve the problem on WIN10 BE by looking at the Minecraft application settings and resetting the Application.
Notably, the bug occurred after a network connection issue, in addition, an RTX Enabled Texture pack was installed and working for one session of the game before the bug occurred. While Problem-solving, I was unable to connect to the same realm on an Xbox either.
I hope this helps in some way.
Addendum
Imported Texture Packs appear to Cause the bug, or at the very least, Agitate its likelihood of occurring. Even after the packs are disabled, the bug persists until the Application is Reset
I am currently utilizing Kelly's Vanilla RTX Texture pack
It may be the server system Identifying the pack(s) as Malware and denying the User Account until corrected
Alternatively, RTX Systems may be causing the affected account to communicate with the server.
Lastly, It is possible that the pack itself is causing the problem, This, however, does not account for malfunctioning of other platforms, Therefor the User's account may be the bugged software
I am not considered a Professional on the matter of servers or games yet, so the provided information may be hogwash.
