Did you sign in to your Xbox account? You can only get achievements through your Xbox account.
This is isnt a bug that is how anvils work. They only get damaged when they depending of the height of the fall but it doesn't break unless (maybe) if it lands on a non solid block (slabs, chests, fences, anything that isnt a full block) it can break and drop it.
What Y-level are you mining and in which biomes?
This is issue still affects the new 1.16 official Nether Update on Android.
I tried it and as you can see it still spawns mobs

You have to have your difficulty in easy, normal or hard. Go to your settings to change it if that's the problem
That is how redstone normally works. It's not a glitch or a bug.
Iron golems always try to spawn around the center of the "village". Bells or beds indicate the center of the village.
