This was fixed for me in 1.7.0.5
windows 10  PC

This is happening on windows 10 pc also. They spawn, then never fly down to the player. If you pillar up they fly higher.

Same thing happening (or not happening) on my lg stylo 2. I've waited several in game days and no egg laying.
