I was stuck in the beta for 2 to 3 weeks and I recently found a way of getting the regular game. Maybe it might help but, I don't know. A lot of people seem to be stuck in the beta for alternate reasons.

It was different for me because the issue wasn't related to Minecraft itself. It was more of a Microsoft Account/Xbox Insiders issue
