I seem to be having the same problem now in 1.15.2 ? I had the bad omen a while back, but I don't believe it was still there when i entered the village. I checked after the raid had started to load and it wasn't there, I assume that means it wasn't there. I had walked quite the distance and there is no way it could have still been there as i was more than 2k blocks away from home and had to run through jungles on foot. (I don't actually know how to 100% confirm though, let me know if I'm wrong.)

The village is at around -66 83 -3999.
Actually, look at anvils. I use these to make what looks like holders for torches but when the item frame is invisible they turn out too small to be genuinely holding anything.
