Having tested it in multiple devices and with almost every variation of settings from basic to full it ‘feels’ like the issue is too many elements (vehicles, people, animals you name it!) loading all at once and the game just reaches memory capacity or just doesn’t scale as it should do... just my observation as I can find no way to see a verbose error/crash log to sense check my assumption....
Having the same issue on an iPad Pro. Loads up and bombs out after 30 seconds.
Hi this is not resolved or a duplicate and is specific to Kindle Kids on android which uses a virtual environment.
