My daughter now locked out of account and no longer has access to a load of content that she has purchased and stuff that she has created.If there is solution to this issue it would be really good if someone could post it here because I have been spending hours trying to resolve. Nobody really seems to have a clue what is going on.
It seems to me that the whole system seems to have become massively overcomplicated with the slightest change unwittingly locking loads of people out. The overcomplications seem to have been caused by the different firms insisting that purchases are made via accounts on their systems but not cooperating to ensure their systems work together. It is the consumer that is suffering.
