I reported a bug, where other entities than players are affected differently by the "/effect @e levitation" command than a player. Normally player is hovering, when he gets levitation over 128, but other entities move up.

I thought the commands use the R(ed)-G(reen)-B(lue), because green (000255000) blue (000000255) and black (000000000) are working. I didn't know, that i have to use the decimal numbers.
