Having this exact issue with my son and a PS4. I can join his PS4 worlds on my PC, but he cannot join the worlds created on my PC, with or without any mods/packs. I have tried every troubleshooting step besides completely reinstalling Windows, which is not an option, and absolutely shouldn't be necessary
