Having the same issue off and on for the last few months. Happening again today.

I am experiencing the same issue on WIndows 10 today.

Does not resolve with a reinstall either. still get the downloading overlay that never progresses.

I have the same issue on a Nexus 6 with any fishing rod. Version is 1.1.0 Build:366561 There is no sound when fish hit the lure.
