I have this same issue on current versions of iOS 9 (9.3.5) on iPhone 6s and iPad Air 2 - both have the same issue. Both devices have Xbox application installed and activated. All buttons and links between the two work. Achievements not popping on either device. I've been trying for a week. Current MCPE: iOS updated to (Minecraft PE Version:0.15.7.2 Short Version:0.15.7)
