Confirmed today in xbox/realm.

I've unenrolled from the beta through insider hub, uninstalled/reinstalled a few times - still the beta shows up. I even logged out, uninstalled, installed from my daughters account. This copy of minecraft was GA and could play on realms. An hour later, I launched minecraft again - and the code had updated to the beta once more.

It seems yours is related to mine - MCPE-19726.

Here is a sample of a map before a realm goes down. The chunk(s?) you're in will not render on the map, and you know a server crash is imminent.

I've seen this many, many times on our realm. This should be a top priority as it's affecting playability. BTW, Mojang should already have the logs from all the server crashes.

I lost a horse and a saddle once from this bug, btw, so I'm not surprising that you lost a boat. Anything that you're in or riding is subject to disappear.

Also reproed in Win10/Realm; no one else in the Realm has this problem. It started for me after dying twice in the nether.

Noted. I'll make another portal in the nether and report back with the behavior. If it is as you posit above, I will close the bug. I have another bug that's preventing me from doing this for a while.

I just had this happen playing in a Realm, version 1.0.0. Random server crash, riding horse with saddle, everything else was there except horse & saddle after crash.

It seems to be after you've dyed a few things - perhaps three. Dyeing a trained wolf collar results in a crash for us now too.
