I'm experiencing chronic connection drops on Xbox One ("Bedrock Edition") that match this issue description; however, only one person is affected at a time.

Xbox Live Party Chat active with one or more persons, myself using a stock headset, audio activity cues displayed on-screen
One or more players in the realm
HDMI video only, no speakers or audio
Random-seed realm, Survival Mode, Easy difficulty
No other non-default realm settings
Several imported old worlds from Minecraft Xbox One Edition.
What happens:
Realm animation stops while my character continues to move for a short period of time
Xbox Live Party Chat audio cues stop displaying on-screen
Disconnected from realm
Receive message Unable to Connect to Realms for several seconds, while attempting to reconnect
Xbox Live Party Chat disconnects
After about 1-2 minutes, I am able to reconnect to my Realm and Xbox Live Party Chat
Additional Information:
This happens a few times an hour while playing
I am located in the northwestern United States, as is the person I am playing/chatting with
Sometimes the realm and Xbox Live Party Chat just hangs briefly, and recovers without disconnecting
