Not rendered chunk appeared in my singleplayer survival game. I can't enter the chunk. It causes severe lag. After a minute or so of gameplay FPS starts dropping, game starts to lag and usage of processor increases drastically for java process (the launcher). The development console gets flooded with such type of messages (for various mobs):

The coords given in the last line match the problematic chunk, thus I think mobs spawned in the chunk or mobs trying to enter the chunk cause the lag.
