I made another bug report while this one was closed. MCPE-231464

Punching the copper golem or hitting with a snowball (egg or enderpearl probably work as well) will make it work again. I made a video too:

Nevermind, I just tested and it also stops working on grass block.

This bug doesn’t happen in my honey farm and other places with relative open space, but it still ocurs on a sky platform. The sky platform is made of leaves and the golems in the storage shown in the video are above stairs to be able to access the botton chests, so maybe they only stop working when on not full blocks.

I tested this bug in the windows version and it’s there.

The copper golem places the item it's holding if the chest it opens already contains the item or it's empty.

The chest in your video contains copper ingots.
