Add some images because I also have the same problem but the new update does not appear on PC, I already checked the microsoft store and it says that everything is in order and updated. It won't let me access multiplayer.

I can't get into multiplayer.
I am on the PC version of bedrock and the other player is from Nintendo Swich. I already checked in Microsoft store, there is no update, so I don't know what to do anymore.
