I've tried disabling the graphics driver from the onboard gpu, didn't help tho..

You can't see the unloaded bits on the "normal" FOV, so I think there's just something wrong with the calculation of your FOV/its rendering
Happened to me in 1.16.4.
City looked fine, boat got cut in half.
