My daughter is having the same issue with her Minecraft PE on her iPad and she’s running the latest iOS.

My daughter had 340 coins, but needed 830 to download a texture pack in Minecraft. So she bought 1020 coins for $5.99 and purchased Wildlife Savanna. She then went to install it, it took ALL her coins (the 350 + the 1020 she purchased) and it did not give her the Savanna template. She’s using the Pocket Edition on iOS. Thank you!
