Hello, unfortunately the issue is still happening on our account.

As described above,  it happens less often, but it is still happening.

Yes, but the behavior is slightly different. When it freezes i am not able to unblock it by pressing the xbox button,  i have to quit the game and start it again.

Although,  the issue starts happening after 30 minutes instead of 10 as before.

I have uploaded everything we have in our account

An update on this.

If i use a different account in my xbox the issue is not there.

Having said that, i am assuming the issue is related to one of the mod/skins that i have purchase through the marketplace.

I hope this help to fix the issue.
