I'm sry for the bad english im to excited to play the game now
Step-1 Download Windows Mixed Reality openxr in the Microsoft store
Step-2 Install and set it to default after installing
Step-3 deinstall minecraft completely in windows and oculus restart pc and reinstall minecraft
Step-4 Change the activeruntime setting in Regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\openxr\1
to C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\oculus_openxr_64.json if you have installed oculus on C:\
Step-5 Start the game in Oculus and check if it works It may seem like it doesnt work but it will say loading wait until its loaded may take a couple seconds and enjoy
Thats the exact thing i did i dont know if the restart and deinstalling is necessary but i did it anyways. good luck i hope i could help you.
