UPDATE: It hasn’t worked, the crash still occurs, and the Microsoft Account is not connecting either.
I am currently in contact with Nintendo. If you want to try, then say you have a problem with switch, then troubleshoot, then something else. Below i’m going to outline what I have done, though do it at your own risk.

They have currently told me to reset my system, then check for corrupt data, then if none is found then they want you to redownload the game (I am currently waiting for save data cloud to save)
